Passenger attendants (volunteer)

Passenger Attendants are required to undertake a broad range of station functions with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Tasks include responding confidently, courteously and efficiently to customer enquiries, ticket sales, ensuring the safety of customers and maintaining the presentation of stations and our heritage train.
